Eloah Care Community provides safe and reliable transportation for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Our team helps clients travel comfortably to appointments, community programs, shopping trips, and day program activities.
Safe & Supportive Transportation Services
Our staff assist clients from door to door to ensure safe and comfortable travel. Support may include helping clients enter and exit the vehicle and assisting with mobility aids when needed.
Transportation may be provided by Eloah Care staff or trusted transportation partners when needed. Care companions may accompany clients for additional support and supervision.

Unlike standard ride services, Eloah Care staff can provide door-to-door support, including:
• helping clients get ready for the trip
• assisting with walkers or mobility aids
• accompanying clients into appointments
• waiting during visits when needed
• ensuring clients return home safely
Transportation Support May Include:
Medical appointments
• Adult day program transportation
• Grocery shopping trips
• Community outings
• Pharmacy pickups
• Social visits and errands
• Hospital visits
• Religious services
